True life story - dramatic and emotional

˃˃˃ The book includes different facets of life, such as love, drugs, loss, despair and hope.

What if early on your life changed drastically several times? What if you were betrayed more than once? Would you have the courage to fall in love again? How do you choose if you love two men at the same time? Will you be able to leave the past behind?

These are the questions Annika asks herself in the novel Highfall.

Annika falls down many times but never gives up and always gets back on her feet. Her life is one long roller-coaster with the unexpected at every turn. As a result she turns from unassuming teenager into a strong woman.

My Review: I got this book for review and really enjoyed this book. This book is based on true events, and the author took it and wrote it all down perfectly.

After all, who can deal with life a life that you have known betrayal and a some unhappiness. Annika is off in school, when she gets hit and a man takes her to the hospital. Once everything is okay, Annika learns who the man is and they go out to get to know each other.  He wants her to move in with him, and Annika decides she will. Things are okay until his friends show him drugs and he starts to use. These drugs ruin a lot in his life, the job is gone and she tries to get him help and reach out. but things just aren't working.

Soon she will have another boyfriend and move in with him and have a life. Eventually she decides on a bigger move to Amsterdam.  She learns about life and how she will make her own choices and live her life to be happy. When she decides to make a larger decision with the second boyfriend, life hits another hard turn.

The life she knew isn't there anymore. Dull and boring, went from making hard choices and dealing with real life in a different light.

This book was moving and is a good read. Though it's not easy at some points, so do think about everything this boo offers before diving in.
